Your employees get on well and as a consequence they regularly play pranks on each other. Can you turn a blind eye to this or must you intervene on the grounds of health and safety?

·        If you find staff members are pranking each other, you must put a stop to it before someone gets hurt. What seems funny at the time may not be in the future when those involved, along with their managers, find themselves in court trying to prove their innocence.
